Update config to work with recipes strict mode

Problem/Motivation

Currently the config provided by the imce module for imce.profile.admin and imce.profile.member is not properly added, gives following error.

<ul>
  <li>The configuration 'imce.profile.admin' exists already and does not match the recipe's configuration</li>
  <li>The configuration 'imce.profile.admin' exists already and does not match the recipe's configuration</li>
</ul>

Steps to reproduce

  • Install site
  • Create recipe, include and install imce module
  • Apply recipe
  • Apply same recipe again
  • See the error

Proposed resolution

Update config to work without error.
