Config schema for material_icons.settings is missing

I would like to contribute to resolving this issue. Please assign it to me. I will work on updating the config/schema/material_icons.schema.yml file to ensure the material_icons.settings schema is properly defined. This will address the issue with incorrect data types in config exports and fix the automated test failures.
