The access_by_entity module currently utilizes deprecated functions incompatible with Drupal 9 and 10.
Update deprecated functions: Replace all deprecated functions in the module with their recommended Drupal 9/10 equivalents.
Ensure compatibility: Modify the codebase to be fully compatible with Drupal 9 and 10 APIs.
