Add setting to put the checkbox before / after the value

Problem/Motivation

Currently, the checkbox is always behind the options label, which is quite untypical for most cases, even in Drupal.
Typically, the checkbox should be the first element in each row, then followed by the value. But best would be, if it was configurable.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Add a setting for the checkbox placement: "before" / "after" the value
Default for new installations should be "before", to comply with Drupal standards
For BC the setting should be "after" for existing installations.
