Create sub module for non-Drupal CMS important agents

Problem/Motivation

Keep content type, field, taxonomy and webforms agent and move out the other ones to an experimental module that is not part of the AI recipe in Drupal CMS and will be disabled by default.

When adding CI with all linting, ignore that part for now.
