Add ability to configure paths on which alerts should display

I think the answer is in your question :)

If you want to display a message on specific paths, you can simply use a block with text inside, without the need of alert_message.

You can also use several "alert message" blocks which will target specific users, for example, and for which you can only display to specific paths.

I'm pretty sure it's doable out of the box.
