Make AI Assistants more flexible for 3rd party modules

Problem/Motivation

Currently its very hard to extend the AI Assistants and Chatbot. This means that modules like AI Evaluations will not work. We need a measure to fix this.

Add so that you can always see assistant id and thread id eveywhere.
