Incorrect time shown on event page when logged out

As far as I can see, that page is a custom view created from code.

I think this is by design: For an account, it is possible to set a time zone, and dates are adjusted for that time zone. For anonymous users, that is not possible. (The reason for the described behavior could be a different one, though.)

Not by design, we have an issue with events.

If it were by design, then the time zone displayed should correspond with the time shift (e.g., GMT). In this case, both show PST. The logged out time is incorrect.
