Entire form returned on ajax callback form

Problem/Motivation

The '#type' => 'address' form element is used on the custom form, which is wrapped with a container for a custom Ajax callback. The wrapper for replacing the content of the `address` render element is found correctly. But Ajax callback of country_code selectbox returns the entire form with wrapper instead of render of `address` render element.
