"Edit when changed" option ignored for body field/ Long formatted text fields

Problem/Motivation

Hi, I just noticed that in base mode, changes to a node's body field are not detected. I'm using this setting to update SEO titles on nodes (and via ECA the node's title as well) in case the body text has changed, but the automator doesn't fire even if I delete all the content and replace it with something completely different.

Steps to reproduce

- Create a field "SEO title".
- Activate an automator for it, in "Base mode" and prompt it to write an SEO title based on the {{ context }}.
- Check "Edit when changed".
- Create a new entity, add to the body something like "Buy 2, get 1 free" and verify the SEO title field is properly set.
- Now edit the node and change the text to "Buy 3, get 1 free" and you'll notice the SEO title field does not get updated.
