Update documentation, using Menu instead of Type

Problem/Motivation

The word Type will be replaced by Menu where appropriate in 📌 Don't use the word Type in the UI Active .

When that's done and officially released, the documentation needs to be updated as well.

After the next release:

• Update the Documentation text, using the same name and id for export and import
• Update the Documentation screenshots
