External CSS/JS files not found in PerformanceTestTrait

Problem/Motivation

When a site contains external CSS/JS, PerformanceTestTrait has an issue counting the bytes of the CSS/JS files.

Steps to reproduce

Add an external CSS/JS file to the site and run a performance test.

Proposed resolution

Since we have no control over external CSS/JS files, we shouldn't try to count the bytes of these files and skip them.
