Custom User roles permissions lost

This module doesn't add/remove roles, only permissions. I suggest converting them to the core permissions before upgrading to Drupal 11 since 11 is not supported. See the "How to migrate to core permissions" section on the project page.

But it did remove those roles that used the permissions, except for the default Administrator during my tests.

So its a totally manual process - no way to export/import from one module to another. I was hoping for an easier way.

Is this a duplicate of 🐛 Roles can be deleted when upgrading from 9.5 to 10 if a module had removed permissions Active ?

Maybe it needs a hook update, or a custom drush command to help migrating to Drupal Core.
