If you first enable redis module on a fresh Drupal 10.3.6 site, then this module (and all its dependencies), as soon as you try to configure it (visit /admin/config/system/push_framework/pf_notifications) you get this fatal error:
TypeError: Cannot assign Drupal\redis\Flood\PhpRedis to property Drupal\pf_notifications\Form\SettingsForm::$flood of type Drupal\Core\Flood\DatabaseBackend in Drupal\pf_notifications\Form\SettingsForm::create() (line 105 of modules/contrib/pf_notifications/src/Form/SettingsForm.php).

I think this is because there is a namespace conflict with the contrib module flood_control → .
I ran into the same issue with another project where I uninstalled the Flood Control module.
