When creating content from the admin, if I zoom out, the CKEditor toolbar disappears and becomes a dropdown menu as if I were working from a mobile, even though I am working from a computer.
If the zoom out is 90-80%, the view is mobile, but with a zoom out of 75%, it is a normal computer view.
- Go to the admin
- Add any article or page
- Review the field body with the CKeditor (you can see all icons in the toolbar)
- Zoom out (90%)
- The field-body doesn't show the toolbar, it changes the view as we have on mobile. (Dropdown button)
I tested on a Macbook Air 16" and a Mac with a monitor 27".
Add more options to configure the CKeditor as we have on the CKeditor documentation.

This seems more of a feature request than a bug report but let's see.
Changes are made on on 11.x (our main development branch) first, and are then back ported as needed according to our policies.
