Make the number of initial links shown configurable, so all are not shown

Testing with an exposed filter for a taxonomy reference field (about 125 terms in taxonomy). Oliviero theme.

BEF settings for the filter:
Exposed filter widget = Filterable links
Minimum number of facet links before showing text filter = 5
Initial number of links shown = 10
Allow showing all links = not checked

Result:
Links for all taxonomy terms are displayed initially, which is not the expected result.
