Make the number of initial links shown configurable, so all are not shown

Problem/Motivation

One use case for this module is to reduce how overwhelming facets can be by not showing all (or any) of the options to start.

Proposed resolution

This will be ignored once filtering starts. Set to zero to not show any links until filtered.

To show everything, i guess this would have to be set to 1000 or something, or Yet Another Checkbox In The Configuration Form is needed.
