Do not hardcode UUIDs in DrupalJsonApi plugin

Note that this will need to be merged first 📌 Audit the unused Project properties Needs work , then it will be ready for review.

Tests are passing (new fixture was added), Drupalpod tests seem to work as expected, and I removed any dependency on other issues, so this can be merged first if needed. I commented on the related issues with small changes that would be needed if this one is merged first.

Rebased, changed the code that needed to be changed and pipelines are happy.
