Gift card pane display only looks correct in the sidebar

Problem/Motivation

The gift card pane is styled like the coupon pane as they are both intended to be displayed in the sidebar.
If they are moved out of the sidebar, say right above the payment pane their display does not match the other panes.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

When the gift card pane is moved out of the sidebar it should be displayed in a fieldset with a legend like the other panes are.
