Problem/Motivation

As a developer and end user
I want an updated set of base type sizes
So that basic elements have consistent sizing throughout the site.

Proposed resolution

Updates based on type Scale on Figma: New Drupal Brand - Drupal.org Design

This scope does not cover the new body size variants which is still a feature TBD
