Ignore usage with prompt to confirm deletion

Currently you can ignore usage when deleting files, but it's nice to know if files are used somewhere, leaving ignore usage disabled gives us this info but then prevents us from deleting the file -- It would be nice if instead it will give the warning that file is in use, but also let you force delete the files if needed
