Add support for Search API date field

Problem/Motivation

Picker currently doesn't support Search API Date fields. Add support for this type of field filter.

Steps to reproduce

Add a Search API date field to an index. Create a view that uses this index, and add a filter for the indexed date field. Filter settings do not allow configuring filter as a Duet Date picker.

Proposed resolution

Add class to support Search API Date field.
