Doesn't work when creating a submission with Webform Headless

Problem/Motivation

It seems like the validation of this module is bypassed when creating a submission through Webform Headless → .

Steps to reproduce

Create a submission through the POST /webform/{webform}/json/submission endpoint on a Webform with a number limit handler. The submission is still created when the limits are reached.
