Update composer to allow Media Thumbnails 2.x

composer.json is hard-coded to depend on media_thumbnails 1.x, but media_thumbnails is at 2.0.0

Update composer.json to allow 2.x

Create a patch, and merge.

Ah, thanks, I think I checked the 2.x branch that is 1.0 only and not the 2.0.x branch that supports >=1.0.
