Media module unmet dependency

I cannot reproduce this on fresh site. Looks like your local problem.

New version used on some production sites without any problems.

The site has been migrated from D7.

Did you migrate from D7 to 3.0.0-rc1 ?

No. After the migrate I installed this module as a new module and installed 3.0.0-rc1. Then I got the message. The Drupal version is 10.3.6.

Try to upgrade from 2.2 to 3.0 now

I did upgrade to v3.0.0-rc1 (and installed photoswipe) and got no problem.
