Add Dari to the language list

Problem/Motivation

Dari (زبان دری) is available. Add this language to the settings and menu.

Proposed resolution

Update js/dropdown.js, dwf.js, fc.js, flags.js, float.js, fn.js, globe. js,lc.js, ln.js
add "af-AF":"Dari" line 6 after "af":"Afrikaans"
add "af-AF":"\u062F\u0631\u06CC" line 7 after "af":"Afrikaans"

/src/Form/GtranslateSettingsForm.php
add 'af-AF' => 'Dari'on line 17 after 'da' => 'Danish'
/src/Plugin/Block/GTranslateBlock.php with:
add 'af-AF' => 'Dari'on line 20 after 'da' => 'Danish'
