Sliding Sidebar Block Placement

Problem/Motivation

Unable to utilize sliding sidebar - block area not specified in block layout

Steps to reproduce

Go to Appearance, Settings (KartPro), Sidebar and Enable Sliding Sidebar - Save Configuration
Go to admin/structure/block to locate Sliding Sidebar Block Location (does not exist)
Check Sliding Sidebar is operational - yes, it is but remains with default content (unable to update)

Proposed resolution

Check included build files contain necessary files and code to activate Sliding Sidebar Block area
