Translation is not rendering, if the Default translation is unpublished

Problem/Motivation

If we have multiple translations available for node and unpublish the default translation. Then as a anonymous user we cannot see the other published translations.

Steps to reproduce

Using Layout add any entity browser component having node entity.

Step1: Add english(Deafult Language) for the node
Step2: Then add translation for the same node
Step3: Unpublish the default translation and verify the other.
