Dropdown list on ECK Entity Types does not show all options

Install the ECK module.
Go to /admin/structure/eck.
Create a couple of entity types.
Create bundles and content.
Go back to /admin/structure/eck.
Click the arrow to see "Content list," "Bundle list," etc. For some of them, you may not see the "Content list."

Instead of setting the bottom to 100%, I set the top to 100%.
