Code of conduct training text looks weird on events

We can make the columns wider for all the lists of people on events, many usernames are line wrapping, too.

The test page I happened to try on dev, https://www.drupal.org/community/events/florida-drupalcamp-2025-2025-02-21 → , happens to have a float issue with the camp logo, making the entire page wider. That made me think this would be solved, but not yet.

It was not a float issue. It was that events with cover photos have their content squeezed into a readable width. This also squeezes the lists of people, which could really use the full width, which they now have.
