Address properties not handled by Vipps Mobilepay Checkout are nulled

Problem/Motivation

Vipps MobilePay Checkout gateway can collect billing and shipping profile details. Unfortunately the scope is limited and not all customer profile address fields can be populated. Ie. organization, address_line2 and administrative area cannot be handled by Vipps MobilePay Checkout.

Proposed resolution

Allow site to collect these properties manually and do not override/null these values upon return from Vipps MobilePay Checkout
