Problem/Motivation

Huge performance gain when needsRebuild in content plugin checks entity type.

The needs rebuild is, I think, almost everytime true because the AdminToolbarContentContentPlugin.php returns true if there is a setting for recent content.

Check the entity type.
This drastically improved performance on our Oauth calls (from 3s to 400ms).
