Problem/Motivation

As a developer and contributor
I need detailed instructions for how to add and update components in Bluecheese
So that I can be an effective community contributor

Proposed resolution

Update the theme’s README file to include documentation about

  • the component system we are implementing and how to work with it.
  • Writing stories for storybook
  • Refactor from txt to md
