Slight issue with the Ajax page updates handling option

@sirclickalot Ajax page updates seems to be working fine, that's nice to hear!

You can restrict the part of the page you want to watch for Ajax updates, have you tried it?

I don't think that's what I'm after changing, I want the headings to be watched but ideally I don't want the # symbol rendered in the ToC that's all.

The only solution I can see is to use the "Use heading HTML" configuration option:

And then apply some CSS to hide the # symbol in the ToC.
