Add option for word count limit

@rviner the feature you need is in this module: Maxlength →
You have to configure it in the form display settings for the specific entity you need it. If you need to force the limit just check the "Hard limit" option.

Hi @alvarodemendoza, I think maxlength module is working for the character count only, but here @rviner is asking for the word count.
