Steps to reproduce

Install Upgrade status module.
When trying to scan bootstrap barrio subtheme, below issue occurred.
The 'color/drupal.color' library(a dependency of color.preview) is not defined because of defining extension is not installed. Can not decide if it is deprecated or not In Drupal 11.
