When configuring Webform To Leads for a Webform (/admin/structure/webform/manage/{{ webform }}/settings/webform-to-leads) saving the form simply reloads the page.
A success message is needed upon refresh to confirm the form's "Submit to Salesforce" and "Lead Source for this Webform" values were saved.
I will provide a patch shortly.
