How to use with GIPHY?

Problem/Motivation

I tried by pasting the URL of both the .gif or .mp4 (lighter for longer GIFs) versions of the giphy file but I always got The given URL does not match any known oEmbed providers error back.

(The error text is different when you try to add from Media library: No matching provider found.)
