Add function to get list of threads where specific user is member

There is no built-in function to retrieve a list of threads for a specific user.

In my project, we use message threads, and we have a requirement that if a user leaves the company, all their threads should be transferred to another member of the company.

To achieve this, I need to add the new user as a participant in all the threads of the user who is being removed from the company.

Introduce a function which will get the list of all the threads for specific member.
