Fullcalendar allows to set a threshold so when an event’s end time spans into another day it's rendered as if it ended the previous one. If you set it to 4AM, an event on a Thursday from 22h to 3AM would show only on Thursday, not Thursday and Friday.
Add an option on the UI to set a custom nextDayThreshold value.
