When ws_events is enabled without the complete or extended distro, the views.view.listing_events config is not imported, due to a missing dependency on views_infinite_scroll.
Enable the module with the small Y set of packages.
Observe the Listing Events view is missing.
Add a dependency on views_infinite_scroll.
