Implementing a new site as per the design, there is a misalignment between the design of the footer menus and the implementation in Drupal. Specifically in regards to the spacing between the menu heading and the menu items.
See attached images of design vs out of the box implementation.
Configure menu blocks to appear in the Footer Middle 1-4 in block layout.
To show the menu titles, I configured each block as follows:
Display title = checked
Initial visibility level = 1
Number of levels to display = 2
Expand all menu links = checked
Selected a fixed parent item from the menu
Use as title = Block title
Instructions/documentation on how to configure the blocks for best outcomes would also be a good addition.
Increase spacing between menu title and menu items in the footer, to match the design.
