Registration form permission error

atomi → changed the visibility of the branch 3482301-registration-form-permission to hidden.

atomi → changed the visibility of the branch 3482301-registration-form-permission to active.

Changes are made on on 11.x (our main development branch) first, and are then back ported as needed according to our policies. Restoring template and adjusting tags per the guidelines.

I am not sure I understand the problem. Can you provide steps to reproduce?

It has been over 3 months since steps to reproduce were requested, closing as cannot reproduce. Feel free to reopen including those steps if this is still valid.
