Support geolocation v4

Error during composer install.

Problem 1
- drupal/weather_forecast[1.0.0, ..., 1.0.4] require drupal/geolocation ^3.13 -> found drupal/geolocation[dev-3.x, 3.13.0, 3.14.0, 3.x-dev (alias of dev-3.x)] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^4).
- Root composer.json requires drupal/weather_forecast ^1 -> satisfiable by drupal/weather_forecast[1.0.0, ..., 1.0.4].
