Gutenberg 4 not installable with composer

Problem/Motivation

Reported in slack: https://drupal.slack.com/archives/CCTTWUN87/p1729436753509469

The reason is we maintain the core version requirement "manually" in composer.json

We don't need to do that. Drupal.org will fix it for us
