Test issue please ignore: Rector on user

The rector rule seems to preserve dependencies but not methods written by previous file runs.

E.g. in the base user module (ignoring tests)

These files have hooks:

• core/modules/user/user.module
• core/modules/user/user.tokens.inc
• core/modules/user/user.views.inc
• core/modules/user/user.views_execution.inc

The only method remaining in: core/modules/user/src/Hook/UserHooks.php is for the hook implementation for user_views_query_substitutions in user.views_execution.inc
