Problem/Motivation

Enterprise customers might have extra protection, security or logging reasons to add extra headers to their calls to Azure.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

  1. Add an textarea where you can dump new headers.
  2. Add optional tokens support for the logged in user.
  3. Attach those headers.
