Problem/Motivation

GCWeb has introduced a new ajax page feedback form that sends the results to the principle publisher. It would be great to add this as a block to the wxt_library module.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Create a new block in wxt_library that provides the markup to trigger the injection of the new form.

    I have created a block that provides the correct markup as well as a theme selector. The theme selection is a bit odd since as a department you can request the principle publisher to add one for you, which then would not be available in the selector until we update DrupalWxt. I am open for suggestions on that.
