CKEditor Summarize Option Frequently Returns Original Text Without Summarizing

If you turn on the logging submodule is it also not giving a summary in the response?

If it is giving a summary in the log I recently merged an issue in Footnotes module that changes the way clipboard content overwrites the selection as paste from word recently stopped work, which could be a similar issue. Big guess though for now but log check would help narrow down the culprit here.

I created a MR where I altered the prompt to explicitly instructs the summarization function to avoid returning the original text or restating it word-for-word. This should lead to more useful and concise summaries.

Looks better, getting merged - we should make this configurable at a later stage, since different models will need different prompts for this and you might also want to control exactly how long a summarization should be.
