Fix outstanding PHPCS issues

Problem/Motivation

PHPCS was disabled in the merge pipeline, as the number of issues was too great: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/sidekick/-/jobs/3067887

We should review these issues and re-enable PHPCS in a future release
