Problem/Motivation

The Drupal icon is not displayed at the beginning of the admin menu bar on Drupal 11.

Steps to reproduce

Just install the admin_toolbar menu on Drupal 11.

Proposed resolution

Add missing CSS rules.

Remaining tasks

Review and validate MR.

User interface changes

The Drupal logo will be displayed back.
